Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary

As a Human Resources Associate, you will perform routine assignments as an entry-level HR professional, developing core job competencies by solving common problems with existing procedures. Under direct supervision, you will handle standard HR tasks and support the HR team in various functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage HR-related inquiries, benefits, compensation, and travel-related functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Address employee inquiries about benefits, compensation, and leave requests, directing them to the appropriate administrators.Handle HR-related inquiries from employees, management, and government agencies.Support HR functions, including travel, data management, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring.Assist employees with travel operations, including ticketing, bookings, and hotel reservations.Provide resourceful solutions for alternate travel routes or schedules to optimize company benefits.Manage employee entitlements, leave requests, and other HR-related processes.Collaborate with team members on larger HR projects.Analyze and develop solutions using standard procedures to enhance skills over time.Undertake special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of office experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Must have strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral).Ability to successfully work with various levels of employees and management.Experience with travel and HR-related administrative processes.Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Self-directed with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Ability to multi-task and handle work with a sense of urgency.
