LCV EUCOM Poland: Plumbing, Foreman - ContingencyDuties and Responsibilities:
Assist the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Plumbing crew. Provide leadership to cause the creation of organizational structures and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Plumbing services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluate Plumbing service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintain the short range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman.Review and monitor cost and man-hour budget for installation process develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman.Lead a plumbing team in the maintenance of the plumbing in the area of responsibility while also handling the plumbing of new construction and the installation of plumbing for modular constructs.Required Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.Requires at least 5 years as a Plumber.Requires at least 2 years of Leadership, Supervisory, or Management experience.Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.Requires the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.Must have a valid Passport with at least 18 months of validity.Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required.Requires a valid driver's license.Preferred Qualifications:
Plumbing license or certification.Candidates must meet visa and or work permit requirements for the country of assignment to be considered and eligible for employment.
