Work across the organization to align product strategies with business goals, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction. **What you will do** + Develops the digital product team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment. + Defines the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business goals and market demands to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction. + Controls the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. + Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle. + Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives. + Engages with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate product updates and enhancements. + Directs resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize product features and user experience. + Manages a team of product managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success. + Advocates for the digital product portfolio internally and externally, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote product value and drive business growth. **For this role you will need Minimum Requirements** + 10-15 years work experience + Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills + Adept at business intelligence + Adept at collaboration and teamwork + Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills + Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred. + Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred. **Education** + Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
