About the role

Reworld Midwest Region is hiring a Liquid Direct Injection Operator – Come Join Us in Protecting Tomorrow – This position is located at our Indianapolis, IN facility.

Position Description:

The Liquid Direct Injector Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the liquid waste system. The operator will report to the Shift Supervisor. 

The operator will also be responsible for the following items:

Off Loading Liquid Waste TankersFollowing Reworld's safety policies and proceduresKnow and understand the safety data sheets for all of the waste streamsKeep the entire liquid waste area clean and leak-freeIdentify and correct system flow problemsCommunicate with all shift personnel on the system status and operation

Maintain the liquid waste system equipment including but not limited to:

1. Cleaning strainers and baskets2. Replacing and repairing leaky fittings3. Cleaning lance nozzles4. Maintain and clean Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)5. Fabricate new lances

Position Requirements:

Must have good mechanical aptitudeHigh School diploma or equivalentRelated military/technical training and/or previous power or industrial experience is a plus.
