The Lead, Agency Brand Partnerships is a senior critical team member at Magnite working alongside the agency, holding co leads, and reporting to the VP, Demand Sales. In this role, the Head of Agency Brand Partnerships lead will talk directly to brands to help influence strategy, data integrations and media buying coming from the agency.
In this role, you will:
Create JVPs (Joint Venture Partnerships) with clients where the agency is the main media buyer
Cultivate relationships with the brand teams directly to influence agency buying decisions
Deliver value to brands so that the brand directs the DSP to utilize Magnite
Develop and execute a plan to bring value to brands that have agencies that handle media buying
Keep brands informed about industry trends as it relates to Magnite’s product offering
Gather feedback from brands for product development
Help Magnite meet and exceed revenue goals
Navigate complex client-agency relationships to ensure proper communication and information sharing
We’re looking for someone with:
10+ years of experience in advertising, tech, brand, and agency relationships
Have pre-existing, and the ability to create strong interpersonal relationships with brands
Expert presentation skills and public speaking abilities
Deep knowledge of programmatic and non-programmatic marketing ecosystem
Ability to collaborate across teams both internally and externally
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities while being an optimist

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: 250,000 - $300,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
