Responsibilities:
AS Program Management:
Develop and manage AS programs aligned with strategic goals, including Merger & Acquisitions, Returnship programs, Apprentice program, budgeting, University hire onboarding, Great Places to Work certification etc.
Ensure smooth implementation and operation of AS programs, tracking progress, create standard operating procedures and measuring effectiveness.
Regularly review and update program frameworks to enhance current practices and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of AS programs and ensure a world-class associate experience.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Design and implement various employee engagement programs to create a vibrant culture across all India offices.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of employee surveys feedback, and provide actionable insights for leadership
Manage employee recognition programs, work with various Associate resource groups (ARG’s) to design wellness initiatives, fun events, diversity & Inclusion & CSR events.
Employee Communication:
Develop communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged with AS programs, changes, and other company events.
Leverage social media and internal platforms to showcase organizational culture and programs.
