Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a Channel Marketing Lead to oversee the wholesale account portfolio in France. The position reports to the Senior Channel Marketing Manager. The role of the Channel Marketing Lead will be integral delivering on brand, innovative and inspiring retail executions to elevate Under Armour's retail experience in both an online and in-store environment. The position will be tasked with executing major account marketing initiatives specifically designed to generate brand heat, create consideration for our product innovations and support conversion to drive commercial ambition. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong proven record of implementing effective omni channel retail marketing programs for a sports or lifestyle brand in the French market and must have a precise understanding of how to build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns in a wholesale retail environment. 

Your Impact Build & execute effective and seamless omni-channel account marketing plans aligned with European Brand/category/retail marketing strategy and account business plans.  Manage the seasonal update of UA in-store space environments and online brand stores in collaboration with sales and visual merchandising.  Working with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager and the account sales team, you will create, manage, and deliver on seasonal GTM plans Lead the cross-functional development and implementation of seasonal trade show executions at Buying Group Account Partners in collaboration with visual merchandising and the account sales team You will be go-to person for all channel marketing discussions and day-to-day marketing relationships with the accounts in question. Manage the annual account marketing budgets in close coordination with finance  Assist with the briefing and creation of account specific content in line with the account marketing plans & brand strategy. Work with the commercial team to assist in account presentations and seasonal sell in activity of brand activity and account marketing support. Report on/ measure the contribution of all account marketing activities to establish ROI. Manage outside agency and vendor relationships related to execution of account marketing plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s Degree favorable). 5+ years of experience, proven track record in omnichannel marketing, ideally with sporting goods / lifestyle brands.  Strong understanding of the cross-functional marketing communications mix. Fluent in English and French. Both verbal and written Team player with a passion for sports - loves being part of a team, both leading and serving and is highly effective in a matrix environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members across all internal departments and agency partners / vendors. Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and work under pressure with multiple deadlines. Ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with 3rd party account teams. Action Oriented, "Can Do" and "does do" attitude; authentically engaged with people and situations. Accountable, commits to goals and delivers; holds self to highest performance standards.
