With a Level I Trauma Center, the team at Mercy San Diego thrives in a fast-paced environment and prides itself in its efficiency and teamwork in processing and analyzing a high volume of specimens. To be successful, the Lead CLS for Point of Care Testing (POCT) will have excellent communication skills and experience with working with interdisciplinary teams.
