As a Credit Services Lead, your focus is supporting the Credit Services team by handling questions and customer escalations. You’ll provide expert support when troubleshooting issues, answering complex customer inquiries, and assisting Managers with daily oversight. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

Required Qualifications
Experience: Related work: 4 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 yearsEducation: High school diploma or GEDTechnical Skills: Ability to analyze general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulationsSkills: Excellent written and verbal communication Schedule: Some travel requiredPreferred Qualifications
