Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned Senior System Administrator to oversee the administration, maintenance, and scaling of our computing resources, both internally and for our customers. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and configuring servers, ensuring seamless service enhancements, and facilitating application rollouts and infrastructure improvements. Your responsibilities will include setting up user and service accounts, documenting systems, optimizing performance, and managing software installations and storage allocation.
Your expertise will guide hardware and software upgrades, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and introduce new services aimed at maximizing server uptime and availability. You'll play a critical role in monitoring system performance and usage, as well as contributing to our Disaster Recovery Plan, managing backups, and configuring disk arrays.
