Royal Caribbean Group’s Human Resources Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Employee Experience reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Employee Experience.
Position Summary:
The Employee Experience Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the overall employee journey, fostering an inclusive, engaging, and productive workplace culture. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address key employee touchpoints, ensuring a positive experience from onboarding through offboarding. The position focuses on driving initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development Develop and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the organization’s culture and business goals. Support opportunities for enhancing the employee lifecycle (global initiatives, events, etc.).
Employee Engagement Design and deliver programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to develop initiatives that foster employee connection, well-being, and performance. Plan and execute global employee events, recognition programs, and global strategy (interacting and supporting Global Employee Experience working with HR to champion Employee Experience in global offices).
Data and Feedback Analysis Analyze data from employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback tools to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address employee feedback and track the effectiveness of implemented programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, Communications, IT, and other departments to enhance key employee touchpoints and experiences. Ensure alignment of employee experience efforts with organizational values, policies, and business strategies.
Communications and Culture Building Champion internal communication strategies that support transparency, inclusion, and belonging. Act as a culture ambassador, driving initiatives that align with and reinforce company values.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align employee experience initiatives with broader organizational goals and priorities. Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and managing multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in planning and executing employee-focused initiatives. Communication and Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills to inspire and connect employees at all levels. Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural awareness to effectively understand and address employee needs. Problem-Solving: Talent for identifying challenges and developing creative, practical solutions to enhance employee experiences. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, building relationships with key stakeholders across HR, leadership, and other departments. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to design engaging programs and implement fresh approaches to employee engagement and well-being. Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to navigate ambiguity, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain momentum in dynamic environments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or a related role. Proven ability to design and implement employee-focused programs and strategies. Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. Passion for travel & leisure and delivering amazing employee experiences.
