We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our Enterprise Solutions and User Adoption team. Reporting to an Associate Director responsible for conducting solution assessments, leading solution design and implementation, and overseeing end-user education and feedback processes, you will play a vital role in supporting these activities. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded blend of both soft and technical skills, coupled with a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Take primary responsibility for end-user education and feedback processes, actively participating in training sessions, collecting feedback, and implementing strategies to ensure effective adoption of Microsoft solutions and meeting room technologies.
Develop user-friendly and elegant end-user campaign communications with a primary emphasis on educating and driving adoption.
Conduct workshops and presentations specifically focused on user education, solution design, and implementation efforts.
Producing effective and engaging presentations that have enterprise-wide impact
Partner with the business to understand strategies and identify underlying business needs, with a specific focus on user education and adoption.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders from various business lines to ensure user adoption goals are understood and met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment throughout the solution assessment and implementation processes, with a particular emphasis on driving user adoption.
Generate clear and concise documentation that can be presented to a variety of audiences.
Assist with solution assessments, collaborating on solution design and implementation efforts.
Coordinate with stakeholders and provide implementation guidance to product teams, with a strong focus on ensuring alignment with user adoption objectives.
Support the creation of documentation and diagrams related to solution assessments, design, and implementation.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, performing research on requirements to find available products/solutions and preparing presentations, keeping in mind the goal of maximizing user adoption.
To succeed in this role, you have:
3-5 years of relevant experience in end-user adoption/training
A degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.
Detail-oriented mindset to summarizing information, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Aptitude to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and manage ambiguity.
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Should have knowledge of Microsoft 365 products. Familiarity with meeting room technologies is advantageous.
Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Self-motivated to work collaboratively with other team members within and outside the core team.
