(https://performancemanager8.successfactors.com/sf/careers/jobsearch?bplte\_company=ua&\_s.crb=aNMP8gWoYkBDFn%252bz2BldysgcgQHZpVs6tHzE9smSuXE%253d) **Purpose of Role** The Global Product Supply Ops (GPS Ops) Lead will support the commercialization of a product category(ies) by interfacing with the product team as well as acting as a liaison to the regional sourcing team to deliver profitable and on time products within their category(ies). **Your Impact** • Fully understand supply chain needs of category(ies) product teams. Clearly communicate style level details to the regional sourcing team to support pre-allocation and pre-costing. • Work with product leads to create category(ies) level supply chain strategies and communicate these to the regional sourcing teams • Drive ownership of material and construction decisions related to cost within the product team • Lead cross functional efforts to achieve category(ies) target margins • Partner with regional costing, materials, materials sourcing, and trims teams to deliver precosts to the POD • Partner with regional sourcing, supply planning, and SMS teams to troubleshoot production related issues as needed • Understand calendar management/deadlines and how they impact the supply chain • Support strategic projects as needed **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree • 4-6 years of related supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, textiles or apparel manufacturing • Some knowledge of garment construction (preferred) • Some understanding of global trade agreements and the US tariff system (preferred) • Negotiation skills and creative problem solver • Strong excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite **Workplace Location** • Location: Baltimore, MD • Work Life Integration: Hybrid 3 days a week in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), the remainder of work week remote. \#LI-SV2 \#LI-Hybrid **Relocation** + No relocation provided **Base Compensation** $98,172.00 - $134,986.50 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
