As part of the End-To-End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues\: both field services and digital services.

Schneider Electric is seeking for detail-oriented Functional Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, and collaborating closely with development teams to specify the solution and ensure successful project delivery.

Schneider Installed base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.

The IB Functional Analyst Lead is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working in the Digital Installed Base team, its role is to\:

- Be the digital functional owner of its scope\: understand the technical solution, be able to describe it to business and suggest evolutions to answer new request.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into comprehensive functional specifications.

- Collaborate with software development teams to communicate these requirements, agree on the solution, verify technical feasibility, and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Conduct thorough analysis of end-to-end processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
