Your Impact Provide support and services across the employee lifecycle and touchpoints to deliver functional outcomes, whilst establishing a trusting advisory relationship with Managers and Employees. As part of our team you will: Create a close partnership with Functions to align People priorities to the Functional strategic plan consistent with the Business Unit and Enterprise People objectives.Deliver Business Unit and Enterprise programs and change management advice, and planning for  functional initiatives.Support the design and implementation of People programs, ensuring programs remain relevant to the business.Provide generalist tactical people partnership across the employee life cycle and touchpoints including identifying and addressing talent needs, succession management for key roles, recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance management, and development to ensure the right people are in the right roles.Monitor key functional people trends, indicators and compliance (labor law and internal guidelines) and provide actionable insights to functional leadership.Guide Leaders in managing teams, improving performance and enabling a workplace culture aligned with the Newmont Employee experience.Facilitate and/or design team interventions, workshops, and new team member assimilations sessions.Support and lead People projects at the functional level.
 Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist

Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations): 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

 

Additional Knowledge

Extensive knowledge and practical experience in employee life cycle employer deliverables, labor relations, disciplinary process management, and change management.Workforce Planning.Proficiency in People Risk Management.  Excellent advisory and coaching skills to support Business Unit (BU) leaders.Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills to effectively lead and support team members. Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and local labor law requirements.
