**Lead, Pricing Manager LATAM** Mexico City, APLA **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** This is the Nike matrix: You will report to the APLA Sr Pricing Manager within the Brand Merchandising team. You will work very closely with Latin America Merchants, Planners, Finance, and Marketplace leaders along with various counterparts in the Geo and Global. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** As our LatAM **Pricing Manager** , you'll play a key role within the Geography Brand Merchandising and Merchandising teams by adapt the pricing architecture to local currencies driving a competitive, consumer value-based approach. We are looking for a highly motivated teammate who is a self-starter, yet skilled at working collaboratively to ensure integration. **WHAT YOU BRING** Qualifications: + Graduate Business degree, or experience in a field that requires quantitative knowledge preferred + Bachelor's degree with a major in Economics, Statistics, Business, Psychology, or Math + 5-7 years' experience in Pricing, Statistics, Economics, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Market Research, or a related field + Able to interact and persuade individuals at more senior levels, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., Sales, Merchandising, Finance) + Proven track record of conducting and/or analyzing research related to consumers, industries, and competitors + Demonstrated significant initiative, tenacity, and leadership + Self-starter, motivated individual that is comfortable with ambiguity + Phenomenal teammate + Proficient in the english language + Proficiency in Excel and Power Point/Keynote required + Ability to travel 5% of the time **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** + You will help to develop forward-thinking pricing strategies that will optimize Nike’s consumer value-based pricing approach and drive margin expansion for the Nike brand. + You will be responsible for adapting and driving the Global Pricing vision and strategy within Latin America through partnerships with key leaders locally and at WHQ. + You will partner with Latin America Merchandising, Finance, and Marketplace leaders to formulate strategies, conduct analytics, communicate recommendations, and drive meaningful and sustainable change. As the primary link between Global, broader APLA Geography, and specific local pricing structures, you will have to manage multiple perspectives to drive what is right for the consumer in your marketplace. + You will be responsible for influencing leadership in Latin America on pricing decisions and strategies. + You will partner with a cross-functional team to help develop processes, best practices and tools that support Nike’s pricing strategies.
