Additionally, the Program Manager will be expected to assist in directing all phases of the follow-on program from proposal to contract award. A background with experience leading development and production programs with geographically dispersed teams is strongly preferred for this position. The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs and proposals by leading teams including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, Security, and others.
