Lab Summary: Development QA (DQA) Lab in Mountain View acts as the centralized hub for quality solutions at MPS, SRA. Our mission is to Provide comprehensive E2E test strategy, coverage, and automation solutions for early Issue Detection with unbiased quality assessment for MPS deliverables. DQA plays a pivotal role in developing next gen automation tools and test solutions for products, services and solutions build on AR/VR headsets, Android, and PC platforms.
Position Summary:
As a QA Lead, you will oversee a QA team and drive overall QA efforts for multiple projects, involved in enhancing test strategies and ensuring delivery of high-quality products.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead QA team and drive the overall Test Strategy for Samsung B2B Knox Platform Services Provide technical leadership, guidance and support to team members Involved in test plan review, design review, test coverage review, identify areas of process improvement/testing gap and drive initiative to enhance QA strategies Lead automation initiatives including managing existing automation framework and driving the development of new automated test scripts/tools development Collaborate and work closely with Cross functional teams including Engineering, Product and project management teams to analyze quality risk, resolve test coverage gaps and ensure the best product quality Define Quality Metrics and measure test effectiveness, test efficiency and automation ROI Analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovative ideas to improve quality solutionsRequired Skills:
BS/MS in Computer science or similar field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 12+ years of experience in testing domain and 5+ years of experience in leading a QA team Experienced in Java or Python is mandatory Preferred knowledge in android device testing and automation Experienced handling multiple simultaneous projects /initiatives Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies Good communication skills, show great attention to details and good at preparing detail documentation for project BS/MS in Computer science or similar field is requiredSpecial Attributes:
