At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We’re looking for a candidate who will be leading execution of strategic priorities for the portfolio of ~100 Nike Partner Stores, operated by CEMEA Distributors (Sport Time, Jalajalg, Selecube and BDI). This role ensures that quarterly, annual and long-term plans are in line with the CEMEA & NSP Mission, Vision and Strategy. They will collaborate across functions to drive premium executions and mutual profitability for the partners. The candidate needs to have ability to influence and lead through others to deliver change and business results at scale. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** As Lead Retail Manager you are expected to: + Support CEMEA ND-P Director and act as primary contact on strategic matters related to Distributors partners and their stores business. + Collaborate closely with CEMEA ND-P Director and Key Account Directors to define 1–3-year Stores strategic priorities and cascade them to partners. + Monitor performance, identify opportunities and develop plans to maximize results that drive productivity of partner’s NSP business, through quarterly reviews. + Perform regular fleet analysis and identifying future opportunities with partners. Collaborate with project manager on new projects development, sharing business/operational insights and making sure that the field of play offense is brought to life within our stores. + Develop plans to elevate consumer experiences in Partner stores, aligned with NSP and territory strategic priorities, with the focus on key doors/cities/. + Drive the service offense within our doors inclusive of foundational service, new services, and Digital services, in partnership with relevant cross functional teams. + Ensure premium service for distributors doors through continuous staff education, leveraging distributors Training Captains org to deliver 365 content and seasonal rollouts. + Standardize and optimize store ops processes by building the strategy and execution plans, based on EMEA Ops tools and platforms, relevant to Distributors stores. + Be the Nike ambassador to ensure Nike Standards and Guidelines are in place across the business. + Solicit, monitor and respond to partner feedback by working across functions. + Be a team player and bring positive attitude and engagement to your direct and cross functional team. **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** You will be indirectly managing Partner retail teams and support them to develop their Stores business. You will be reporting directly to CEMEA Nike Direct Partners Director. You will liaise with cross functional CEMEA teams (Retail Project Management, Sales, Retail Brand, Partner Transformation, Legal), as well as with EMEA Nike direct functions (NSP and Nike Athlete Experience Team). **WHAT YOU BRING** + Retail experience, managing multiple stores in EMEA, deep understanding of Retail Operation and services, Retail KPI knowledge and understanding of Retail concepts + Account management experience with negotiations and cross functional skills + Problem solving skills + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong influencing skills + Results Oriented and Proactive; Organized and Planned + Excellent abilities in excel and ppt + Fluency in business English.
