The Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Sales Planning Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Sales Planning & Analysis reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Planning and Analysis.
Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL.
Position Summary:
This position provides support to Sales Organization in creating robust and proactive approach to drive sales and revenue growth, increase profitability and develop long term growth strategies across the regions. This role will be responsible for leveraging data to help drive the growth and success of the sales organization by leading the development and implementation of centralized reporting tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of all dashboards and reporting tools. Establish a strong foundation for a centralized sales reporting platform. Lead the development of commercial reporting tools to monitor performance against targets and ensure accuracy of commercial and sales incentives forecasting and payouts. Serve as the subject expert for sales data, metrics and KPIs. Support the implementation of new or improved processes and solutions as needed by the business. Oversee the performance of various levels of data validation across multiple internal systems, including agency profiles and hierarchies. Work closely with the automation and reporting teams to develop a clear and strategic vision for how standardize the delivery of reports and insights across markets. Identify opportunities to improve market revenue growth and operational efficiency. Manage timelines, expectations, quality, and results of projects.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, mathematics, or similar. 5+ years’ experience leveraging data to drive business decision making. Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Strong analytical and process improvement skills. Expert in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong Oracle PL/SQL knowledge. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well with non-technical business partners. Ability to deliver results in timely manner with consistency and precision. Must have strong business acumen, mathematical and logical reasoning. Critical thinker, who demonstrates drive and a desire to improve processes where appropriate. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of co-workers and influence. Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects. Takes initiative and is flexible to change.
