Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The job description and preferred qualifications typically include the following:

System Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA modules related to supply chain - MM, PP, EWM.

Demand and Supply Planning:

Design and implement demand planning, production planning, and scheduling, LTP, MRP processes.Monitor and manage supply plans, ensuring alignment with global demand requirements.

Data Management and Analysis:

Systematically review SAP data and integrate with other applicationsDevelop scenario-based analyses to evaluate options and create contingency plans.Design BI dashboards based on business needs and work with developer to deliver BI reports

System Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP planning solutions.Address system alerts and collaborate with production planners to resolve issues.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate status and recovery plans to business partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation.Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, EWM modules. Hand-on expeirence of APO, IBP is added advantage

Certifications:

Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP MM or PP or EWM

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP modules, SQL, and data migration.Strong understanding of business processes and supply chain management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
