JR62168 Lead, Scribe Array DesignJob Description :Scribe Array Design team is responsible for the design, layout, and verification of all memory cell related electrical elements such as Array and Pitch Cells.
In this role you will manage group of Engineers in MOI Scribe Array design team and their work with partners/end-users to define requirements, make commitments, and drive completion of deliverables to schedule. You will work with Process, Integration, Manufacturing, and Design teams across the company. You will use processes and metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the scribe team.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: 4-8 Years• Build, develop, and manage the MOI Scribe Array Design team.
• Work with end users and the SPO team to develop and establish Designs of Record that can be leveraged across current and future tech nodes, across technologies, and across end users.
• Be accountable for ensuring MOI Scribe Array Design team's work for DID/revision meets requirements, standards, and schedule. Ensure necessary documentation is available at the right time. Validate scribe designs are performing as intended with electrical data.
• Work with other functional groups in Scribe Design to ensure that projects are adequately resourced.
• Work with the CAD team to develop and increase design automation
• • Assist in standardizing BKM's across technologies and scribe design sites.
• Assist in drive continuous improvement of tools and processes as well as eliminating redundant ones.
• Assist in establishing training, organize supporting material, and drive implementation across internal groups and external partners.
• Assist in driving decisions through data, metrics, and processes.
Additional Job DescriptionDirects and guides the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Prepares and presents reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
