What This Position is All About

Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Specialized Operations Associate Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department.

As The Specialized Operations Associate Lead, You Will:

 

General Office

Open the store: safe, controller, registers and distributing reportsMaintain daily functions, including but not limited to; morning cash entry, processing bank deposits, reconciling chargebacks, and counting register and petty cashResolve customer issues, both internal and external, i.e. researching/payment of bills, tracking/processing customer packagesAd hoc responsibilities as needed

Jewelry Operations

Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping GuidelinesReceive, verify, and properly book all jewelry in accordance with Company standardsEffectively process re-tickets, Return to Vendors (RTV’s), Transfers, Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) Shipments and price changesRetrieve and process all merchandise to be returned/transferred to the vendor in accordance with Company standardsEnsure case counts are completed, all merchandise is entered into the case count system after receipt, and all discrepancies are reconciledMaintain a repair log, track all repairs sent to the vendor or local shop, and submit repair invoicesReceive and verify all merchandise for trunk shows, assist in show set-up/take down, recap results, and manage the consignment merchandise life-cyclePrepare and submit all special order requestsProcess Fulfillment orders

Common

Internal Audit readiness and adherence to Internal Audit standards, including but not limited to monitoring vault/safe contents to remain up-to-date (audit ready)Support the AGMO corporate team with cross-functional training of specialized operations teamProactively partner AGMO and corporate team on weekly/monthly workloadMotivate team to meet resultsAssist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessaryFollow up on reporting, outstanding invoices, and escalated issues to resolve

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $20.50-25.63 per hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
