Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our supply chain strategy efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketplace supply chain, logistics, GEL fulfill and the other business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business objectivesAnalyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to identify opportunities for supply chain optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and business partnersManage and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

Requirements:

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Consultant firm background is a plus.Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategy and operationsProven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
