**LEAD, SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATION - CONVERSE** Boston, Massachusetts **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** You will work closely with both North America (the geography), the Global Operations teams, and other business functions to develop plans and strategies that enable Converse to meet or exceed business goals. This role involves managing and collaborating with various teams across functions and levels within the organization. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a strategic thinker, a strong project manager, a flexible and analytical problem solver, and a strong communicator and facilitator. The ideal candidate should have: + 3-5 years of experience working within supply chain areas of distribution and/or manufacturing + A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, economics, strategic planning, or a related field + Project management experience is preferred + Proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and network modeling is a **huge plus** + Excellent understanding of supply chain and business strategies + Proven ability to work with team members across functions and at all levels through an open, engaging, and collaborative style + Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities + Strong meeting and group facilitation skills + Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Experience working with common supply chain systems (e.g., Tableau, SAP, Lyric, Python) is a plus + Proven ability to quickly assess situations, identify problems, and offer clear and concise plans to resolve them + Proven ability to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You will play an important role in shaping the future of the Converse Supply Chain across the US and Canada by acting as the lead across the areas of supply chain innovation, performance management, and operations analytics.
