Your role will involve leading the development of systems architecture, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that innovative solutions meet technical requirements and project objectives. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the development of systems architecture, ensuring integration of all system components. + Collaborate with engineering teams to define and document system-level requirements and specifications. + Develop and maintain system models using model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies. + Perform system trade studies and analyses to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness. + Coordinate with hardware, software, and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive system development and integration. + Manage system-level risks, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking. + Develop and execute system verification and validation plans, ensuring compliance with requirements. + Provide technical leadership and support to project teams, including mentoring junior systems engineers. + Communicate system design and progress to stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams. + Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in systems engineering. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. + Experience in systems engineering supporting the development of products. + Proficiency in MBSE tools and methodologies. + Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements management, system design, integration, verification, and validation. + Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects with cross-functional teams. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
