The Warehouse and Distribution Lead (Lead, Warehouse Operator) is the senior-level position withing the warehouse group.  The Warehouse and Shipping Lead, in addition to general warehouse functions, trains and mentors other associated.  This includes, but is not limited to labeling and boxing product, verifying incoming product counts, conducting inventory counts, and reviewing documentation in order to maintain up-to-date inventory records. The Warehouse and Distribution Lead also performs and monitors others work with packaging and shipping of finished devices to customers and sales representatives for terminal sterilization by a contract sterilizer.  The Warehouse and Distribution Lead demonstrates leadership ability and a solid understanding of the distribution function in general and at Integra.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive shipments into the warehouse using computer aided functionsPrint labels for productLabel product in accordance with FDA regulationsAssemble productTransfer Materials in ERPProcess customer orders for shipment Pick, pack, and ship devices in accordance with approved SOPs for distribution to customers and sales representativesMaintain up-to-date inventory records by performing inventory cycle countsUse ERP system to process RMAs and transfers of inventoryMaintain consumable Inventory stockroomPerform cycle counts on internal consumables (i.e., device cartons, shippers, etc.)Provide Documentations to Planning Coordinator for outbound device shipmentsCoordinate with Production to determine finished goods release scheduleBack-up for Warehouse SupervisorPrepare shipping labels using FedEx/UPS software solutionsPrepare and ship international shipments, file EEI documentation and work with Global transportation teamProvide leadership with periodic reports on inventory metrics as requestedFile, fax, and scan documentsParticipate in Good Saves, Gems, and other process improvementsPerform other related duties as assigned

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework desired5 years of manufacturing experienceExpert in international shipping, ability to file EEI filings and prepare international shipmentsAwareness of customs requirementsPrior experience of GMP and ISO standards preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to multi-taskExcellent attention to detail and recordkeepingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain a safe work environmentProven ability to follow policies and procedures consistently and independentlyExcellent organization and prioritization skillsExcellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to display sound judgmentComputer literacy; ERP knowledge preferred

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

Ability to utilize a computer, telephone, fax and copy machine as well as other general office equipment.
