Role Overview:
As a Lead .NET Developer, you will take ownership of the development, architecture, and technical direction of our core financial systems. Key Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, tools, and trends.
Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, with proven leadership capabilities.
*
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
*
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture.
*
Knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
*
Proficiency in modern development practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
*
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
*
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
*
Experience in the finance, pension, or insurance industry is a plus.
*
Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.
