Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework along with domain experience in the Process Manufacturing Industry. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software solutions. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process. Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure high availability and scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices. Develop and maintain documentation for software applications including design specifications user guides and release notes. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software applications. Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that drive business value and enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Have extensive experience with SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Show a deep understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry and its specific requirements. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for software development and deployment. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Have experience with performance monitoring and optimization techniques. Be capable of providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
