**Job Title: Production Line Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Lead to manage and lead a team of 3-7 people in a pharmaceutical clean room environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff, daily communication, and delegating work orders. This is a hands-on role that involves operating machines, changing out lines for new products, and packaging final items onto a pallet jack. **Responsibilities** + Manage and lead a group of 3-7 people on the production line. + Train team members and ensure effective daily communication. + Delegate work orders and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. + Operate machines and change out lines for new product batches. + Package final items off the line onto a pallet jack. + Work with both liquid and powder materials in a pharmaceutical clean room environment. + Document batch records accurately. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating and production line management. + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Proficiency in packaging and machine operation. + High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. + Ability to read and write in English. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + 2+ years of experience in a lead role managing a group of people. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical packaging is an advantage. **Why Work Here?** This is a pharmaceutical company that manufactures various medications such as allergy medicines and creams.
