As a Lead Access Controls Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and service for access control systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems for our customers. By utilizing your expertise in access control systems, you will contribute to the security and safety of our clients' facilities.
\nYou will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Detroit, Michigan location on a hybrid work schedule.
\nIn this role, you will impact the success of our access control systems by:
\n- Leading a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems
\n- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for access control systems
\n- Collaborating with customers to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
\n- Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the requirements for access control systems
\n- Training and mentoring technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
\n- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong technical skills and knowledge of access control systems\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nLeadership and team management skills\n\nWE VALUE
