We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Manager to manage and grow our business within specific accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Relationships:

Leverage existing relationships with customers to support tailored local sales strategies.Provide consultative support in developing compelling value propositions for Honeywell’s solutions.

Customer Engagement:

Primary customer interface responsible for cultivating relationships Manage relationships with industrial customers within the process industriesEstablish and fortify strategic relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring Honeywell’s offerings are recognized as integral to their success.

Travel Requirements:

This role may require frequent travel, approximately 30% of the time, to foster relationships with clients and facilitate business operations. Travel will be interstate and to PNG.

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in solution sales, showcasing success within a complex business environment.Experience navigating the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building executive relationships, and actively participating in team selling and opportunity planning.Strong financial acumen and business insight to make strategic decisions.Proficient in account management, utilizing market data to develop successful account strategies.Solid understanding of commercial and contract terms.Exceptional knowledge of internal sales processes and systems to ensure outstanding customer service.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
