Lead Account Manager
Job Title: Sr Account Manager – Utility and Transportation Accounts Location: Tokyo, Osaka, or Nagoya Role Overview: As a senior account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing strategic relationships with key Utility and Transportation Named accounts. You will focus on selling Juniper Network Solutions, including switching, routing, and security products, to help these clients transform and optimize their network infrastructure. This is a highly visible role critical to the company's growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand Juniper's footprint within the Utility and Transportation markets. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging a consultative selling approach. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and effectively position Juniper solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on account status and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide insights and advice to customers. Represent Juniper at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and expand the company's presence in the Utility and Transportation markets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the networking or technology industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts in the Utility and Transportation markets. Strong understanding of networking technologies, including routing, switching, security, and software-defined networking. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as required.
