Lead Activities Aide - PACE/Elderplace in Redmond, WA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift

Job Description:

Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence ElderPlace.

Required Qualifications: 

In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position upon hire based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also. Experience leading therapeutic group activities, discussions, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies or related fields. Coursework/Training: Activity professional certification. Experience in participant assessments and care planning.
