As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team. You will be accountable for managing calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.\n\nYou will report directly to our Office Manager and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.\n\nIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our team by providing high-quality administrative support. You will contribute to the overall success of our organization by ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage calendars and schedule appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements and itinerariesOrganize and prepare materials for meetings and presentationsAssist with document preparation, editing, and formattingHandle incoming and outgoing correspondenceMaintain office supplies and equipmentProvide general administrative support to the team

YOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar roleStrong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and people-oriented skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
