Role: AEM Front end Lead

Location: Plainsboro, NJ. This is an onsite role

Experience: 8-12 years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 & 130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

We are seeking a Lead Developer (Sr. Associate - Projects) with 6-10 years of experience specializing in Adobe AEM and AEM Frontend coupled with a strong background in Networks Billing & Revenue Management. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation initiatives ensuring the delivery of high-quality scalable solutions that meet our client’s business needs.

Job Description: Lead the development and implementation of Adobe AEM solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable reliable and effective applications. Ensure the integration of AEM applications with backend systems focusing on Networks and Billing & Revenue Management domains. Drive the adoption of best practices in AEM development and frontend technologies. Analyze project objectives and contribute to the architecture design. Manage the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and quality. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay abreast of the latest AEM and frontend technology trends and innovations. Optimize application performance and scalability. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Lead Developer with expertise in Adobe AEM and AEM Frontend technologies. Strong understanding of Networks Billing & Revenue Management domains. Proficient in web technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and related frameworks. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment. A dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Must Have Skills AEM Frontend Adobe AEM Prefer - ADOBE CERTIFIED EXPERT IN ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER.
