At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small multi-functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. Small, nimble engineering teams generate collective empathy and comradery, thus increasing their ability to anticipate unforeseen development scope changes and maintain high quality deliverables. Across our US Studio system or within client development sites, our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture. We are seeking a Lead Agilist with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies Scrum and Cloud Basics with a focus on driving successful project outcomes. This role will involve working closely with multi-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across various projects to ensure efficient and effective delivery. Oversee the Scrum process and coach teams on standard methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and team members to foster a collaborative environment. Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring clear communication of requirements. Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any impediments to ensure timely delivery. Implement Cloud Basics to enhance the scalability and reliability of our solutions. Apply Snowflake and SQL to manage and analyze data providing insights that drive business decisions. Ensure consistency to Agile principles and practices promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Engage with collaborators to understand their needs and expectations ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed their requirements. Drive the adoption of Agile tools and techniques providing training and support as needed. Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and alignment with business goals. Foster a culture of transparency accountability and collaboration within the team. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Agile Methodologies Agile Scrum and CX-Scrum Master. Demonstrate proficiency in Cloud Basics Snowflake and SQL. Have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Be adaptable and open to continuous learning and improvement.
