Position Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:60% Perform maintenance on the aircraft.10% Prioritize and layout asks for fellow maintenance associates for day to day maintenance and for larger inspections.10% Manage the discrepancy and due list for each of the aircraft and schedule the items for completion within a reasonable timeframe.10% Implement and manage the R11 Quality Control inspection program. 10% Manage the Computerized Maintenance Inspection Program. Manage the data tracking distribution of the manufacturer's technical conformity information.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:Reports to Senior Maintenance ManagerNo direct responsibility for supervising others.
Travel Requirements:Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Working Conditions:Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:Technical or administrative skills plus knowledge of a specific area of The Home Depot or first level supervision over entry level workers. These skills are typically gained through four or more years of experience and/or through a two year Associate Degree or formal vocational training program. Examples include: advanced bookkeeping, executive administrative assistance, and end-user computer support.
Minimum Education:The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

This position will provide a layer of supervision over several other associates working within the maintenance department. This position plays a vital role in the preventative and continuous maintenance program for the company's corporate aircraft. This position also is responsible for daily scheduling of personnel to cover all periods of aircraft arrivals and departures.
