Lead the airport system team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards Develop and implement strategies to enhance airport system efficiency and reliability Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of airport systems and related technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize airport system performance and minimize disruptions Monitor and analyze airport system metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for airport systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the airport system team members Contribute to the development of budgetary and resource allocation plans for airport system projects Participate in the evaluation and selection of airport system vendors and service providers Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in airport system operations

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Electrical Engineering, or related field Master's degree in Airport Management or relevant discipline (preferred)

Experience:

17-22 years of progressive experience in the Airline and Airport industry Proven track record of successful leadership in airport system operations Demonstrated experience in managing complex airport system projects
