Description:
Team Member must have a very outgoing and positive demeanor and be passionate about Guest Service. Position entails hosting a designated slot section by providing Guest Service, maintaining the cleanliness of the section as well as ensuring all machines are operational and ready for play. Team Member is expected to cultivate new Guest relationships and to maintain existing Guest relationships by providing friendly and efficient service to all Guests. Provide service to Guests involving providing change, pay jackpots, redeem EZ-Pay tickets, and minor machine repair. Use Guest Locator as a tool to attend to Guests needs. Be knowledgeable of company and property promotions. Must have knowledge of the gaming floor, location of slot machines, restaurants, amenities, and restrooms. Promote Boarding Pass Rewards program and actively recruit new Boarding Pass members. Comply with all Slot Department policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Capable of counting down, checking in/out and maintaining accountability of a slot bank and/or slot pouch cash advance. Must be able to comply with signatory controls, including Jackpot tickets, check in/out sheet verification, transfer or buy sheet verification, Title 31 paperwork, paid in/out slip, key control log, handheld scanner log, radio sign out log and daily sign in sheet. Must have the ability to understand Title 31 requirements, including but not limited to all unacceptable currency transactions, logging requirements and the New Wave system. Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
