As an AMO (Assembly, Maintenance, Overhaul) Lead Support Engineer, you will have an opportunity to take ownership of managing the full equipment lifecycle of Pressure Pumping Equipment including high pressure iron. Working in collaboration with internal and external customers, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that make a real impact. AMO Lead Support Engineer will be supporting Pressure Pumping Equipment and supports global AMO for equipment, including maintenance program, projects, refurbishments and overhaul, and equipment engineering support and design improvements.

As an AMO Lead Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Performing all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager), cost, & quality management.Managing project methodologies and standards, including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.Handling standardized project processes ensuring any updated processes are implemented in the department.Handling diverse clients in a region and works based on predefined contracts and frameworks.Specifies needs, communicates about project approach.Handles standardized project processes.Global travel for projects and support possible 10% or greater.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in AMO Services).3-5 years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul.5 years’ experience with Pressure Pumping equipment, preferably in Production Enhancement, Cementing, Coil Tubing, and offshore Stimulation Vessels2 years’ experience generating and preparing financial and equipment readiness reports for upper management.Extensive experience leading a client-based project.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong mechanical engineering design.Familiar with Finite Element AnalysisAbility to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.
