Use your advanced electrical engineering skills to help Honeywell Cambridge / Ottawa deliver innovative solutions across a variety of design opportunities. You will be empowered to think BIG and challenge yourself to understand more than just one aspect of the electrical engineering discipline. You will work alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will apply research of complex systems to achieve desired electrical specifications. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's state-of-the-art electrical equipment and systems for military, space, and commercial applications, including Earth observation, space science, and communications. You will take a lead role as part of a multidisciplined team, in designing, testing and validating products from prototype to market. Examples of products include a broad spectrum of electrical designs primarily focused in Analog and Digital circuits.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nElectrical Simulation and Design\nElectrical parts packaging and drawing development\nPerformance specification review and development\nCooperating with and interacting with external vendors\nIncoming part inspection and validation\nSupporting manufacturing line requests for assistance\nCustomer site visits\nHands on testing and development of test set ups\n\nThe Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics\nMinimum 8 years of relevant design and test experience, with a specialty in Electrical hardware development in a new product development environment\n\nWE VALUE
