Job DescriptionIntegriChain is seeking a data-savvy, collaborative, and thorough lead data analyst to join our fast-paced Data Operations team working specifically with our data enrichment processes. This role is part of a team of data experts ready and able to answer some of the most important questions hindering the ability for pharmaceutical manufacturers to deliver timely treatments to patients.
This role requires an individual to have a detail-oriented approach to data analytics and the ability to leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of answers. The ideal candidate would be forward-thinking in their approach to data analytics. They would be comfortable contributing to process improvements and executing on process enhancements. They would be comfortable collaborating with multiple teams on cross-functional tasks with data affecting various internal and external stakeholders.
Duties:
Monitor/support/resolve data quality issues to ensure that they are addressed within a timely mannerInvestigate and resolve issues to various algorithmic parameters in a thorough and timely mannerLead and mentor junior analystsWork closely with the Senior Manager of Enriched Data Offerings on technical and process enhancements to our Data Operations serviceLead and see through to resolution ad hoc data investigations/product support activities upon customer requestCollaborate cross-functionally with our Inventory Analytics, Base Data, Master Data, Customer Engagement, and Gross-to-Net teams in effective, positive, and supportive waysIssue submission/queue management within Jira & ZendeskManage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallelEffectively communicate initiatives/projects to internal stakeholdersFacilitate/support a productive and communicative team environmentQualificationsBachelor's Degree5 years+ experience in Data Analytics or similar fieldExperience in life sciences industry strongly preferred, with preference given to candidates with experience working with pharmaceutical channel dataEagerness to identify issues and take initiative in process improvementsOrganized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-throughExperience using SQL, Python, and Excel required, command prompt preferred version control experience with GitHub requiredCommitted to lifelong learningCapable of working both autonomously and in a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills#LI-ZG1
