Helps plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist and support Infrastructure team to communicate with PM, stakeholders:

1.  Invoice Checking and payment settlements.

Check the monthly bill from vendorsPrepare the documents for payments settlement.Track status of payments and communicate with vendor

2. Budget and expense analysis.

Categorize each payment and match up with the budgetPrepare monthly financial reportPrepare for Annual Budget Adjustment

3. Infra License Management 

License Renewal DocumentationSoftware License Inventory Documentation 

Communication Requirements:

Internal (70%)

Support communication with project teams, PM, infrastructure team in the project

     

External (30%)

Support communication with service providers, not limited to Kyndryl, BTSupport requests from related stake holdersPeriodically meeting with key project owners to get feedback on deliveries

Most challenging type of communication – Collaborate/ co-work with different service providers to ensure task is delivered on time.
