**Position Description:**
Performs specialized analytical duties in the operation and maintenance of assigned area. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Oversee the implementation of Slate as the new Customer Relations Management Process (CRM), transition of all data from current CRM platform (Recruit) and build out applications and reports. Partners w/ system and campus IT depts for workflow design, implementation and evaluation to ensure functionality/ usability of system by both applicants/end-users. Informs on enhancements which improve CRM system. Recommends improvement to the system. Establish electronic communication schedule and templates based on target audience to meet recruitment targets and registration for sponsored events. Report/rectify system errors.
+ Manage event registrations for all recruitment/outreach events and develop recruitment strategies as needed across all platforms to reach registration goals. Provide updates and reports as requested to stakeholders for each event and support Lead Analyst in data collection as needed for all CQI processes.
+ Monitor TMDSAS, AMP and Banner for the application/admissions processing including accurate accounts of all status changes, iIn accordance w/ institutional and departmental policies/procedures and instructions from Associate Academic Dean and Senior Director.
+ Screen and evaluate medical school applications in compliance with TMDSAS and institutional requirements and deadlines.
+ Assist in processing of applications and ensure the integrity of applicant data between TMDSAS, AMP, and CASPer, in accordance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures and with instructions from Associate Academic Dean and Senior Director.
+ Prepare documents ( voting sheets, power point presentations, etc) for applicants and Admissions Committee members for interview date.
+ Admit MATCH students using BANNER/ AMP and upload student’s application file and transcripts into BANNER/Xtender. Complete with accuracy and in compliance with institutional policies/procedures and FERPA regulations.
+ Create a student record in BANNER for all students attending the JAMP Summer II Program.
+ Run Cognos reports to ensure status on new student records have been applied/removed.
+ Maintains a wide variety of confidential materials relating to department faculty, staff, students, and applicants.
+ Test and modify databases and/or databases management systems/software. Coordinate w/IT staff to make necessary modifications and submit JIRA tickets work tickets. Ensure functionality of the system. Report/rectify system errors as they are discovered.
+ Assists in the preparation/conduct of interview days and subsequent Admissions Committee meetings. Tasks completed by established weekly deadlines.
+ Assist Director in scheduling and recruitment of evaluators and coordination of MMIs.
+ Assist with recruitment and advising as needed. In a professional manner and provide accurate information tailored to the specific needs of the requestor.
+ Assist with outreach/pipeline programs as needed. In a professional manner to support program goals and represent TTUHSC EP and PLFSOM.
+ Responsible for overseeing special projects. In accordance and requirements of the Associate Dean or Senior Director and with assistance from staff to accomplish task and meet established deadlines. In accordance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures.
+ Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ Knowledge of professional school admissions processes.
+ Knowledge of mapping within Office of Admissions software (Banner, Ellician, AXIOM, AMP, & TMDSAS).
+ Knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office applications.
+ Knowledge of institutional admissions and academic policies.
+ Ability to work weekends and late hours on a non-routine basis.
+ Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
