**Position Description:**
Performs specialized analytical duties in the operation and maintenance of assigned area. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing and developing data relative to area, making recommendations and assisting in implementation of projects. Work is performed under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

**Major/Essential Functions:**
+ Generates, maintains, documents, summarizes, and reports on activity enrollment, registration, and attendance for accreditation and office requirements.
+ Develop, test, implement, and manage enduring material for the institution's faculty (Foster School of Medicine, Hunt School of Nursing, Francis Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and the Hunt School of Dental Medicine) using the available authoring tools.
+ Develops Qualtrics surveys, interprets the data collected, and provides analytical reports.
+ Produce educational flyers and material using Adobe or other software available.
+ Provide practical support, training, and reports to the management team and enrollees of the Office of Faculty Development (OFD) courses available in the Canvas learning management system.
+ Provide technical support to faculty for quality improvement projects, digital multimedia production of videos, Webex, Zoom, images, poster presentations, and electronic surveys.
+ Provide technical support and preparation of documentation, teaching, assessment materials, and equipment for faculty development activities.
+ Performs quality assurance checks on the collected and reported data, published content and activities, and databases.
+ Provide technical support with multimedia software and use an integrated environment for software development.
+ Communicate with vendors, the information technology team, and/or institutional staff to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for equipment and/or applications used within the OFD.
+ Assist in one of the following: (a) Supporting meeting logistics, including but not limited to scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and other activities requested; (b) monthly, quarterly, and end-year reports; and/or (c) networking activities
+ Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures, and processes.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Expertise in Microsoft Excel data manipulation, analysis, and presentation using functions, Pivot Tables, and formatting (A relevant certification will be desirable.).
+ Knowledgeable and skilled in developing enduring material for faculty and residents at a higher education institution, including course and training design, reporting, and administration of a learning
+ management system (LMS), Canvas.
+ Develops and administers surveys containing both qualitative and quantitative questions and reports its findings.
+ Manages, documents, and creates custom reports (grades, attendance, registration, etc.) for the Office of Faculty Development (OFD) accreditation requirements and participant/activity updates.
+ Preferred expertise in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skills with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Publisher, PPT).
+ Experience with databases (MS SQL) and/or the Canvas LMS and its integration with eLearning Authoring Tools (Articulate, Captivate), Multimedia software proficiency is a plus (Adobe Creative Cloud products: Premiere, Audition, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
+ Must possess excellent communication skills (experience in delivering presentations and/or leading training sessions)
