We are seeking a skilled Lead Analyst to support ad hoc survey data warehouse requests and helping to implement data mining and analytics for our Global Projects within the Workforce Product business.

We will count on you to:
Develop and execute complex data queries and reports from our survey data warehouse.
Utilize relational database skills and an understanding of data design and structures to create effective query logic for reporting.
Build informative reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and maintenance manuals.
Research and implement new technologies to develop automated solutions.
What you need to have:
Degree or equivalent in a strongly quantitative field such as business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
Proven experience working with relational databases.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to support users with developed applications/programs.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
What makes you stand out:
Experience with SQL, Python, R, Qlik, or similar BI tools, and Databricks.
Knowledge of Workforce Products and Compensation Surveys.
