In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support HR Business Partner and People experience team in driving the performance management culture transformation Understand functional talent bench strengths, gaps (existing or potential) and design relevant programs to address the talent and business needs Partner with cross-functional teams (HR and Operations) to integrate a long-term career management strategy including critical roles and talent gaps identification, and solutions follow through Partner with Business Intelligence team to assess impact to the HR operations of process automation, restructuring programs such as integration, streamlining, and work expansion- addressing business needs for changes and completing defined project/program timelines and deliverables Enable people leaders in driving key employee lifecycle interventions that support the organizational transformation agenda Who You Are: You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
