You will be managing the delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance the services and support provided to our clients. Your experience delivering application software projects with complex Enterprise-level customers will ensure your success is visible at the highest levels of our organisation.
**About the Role**
The Analytic Consultant is a business intelligence focused expert that leads the design of the Dimensions Data Hub and Analytics solution and is responsible for interacting with other business and technical project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The consultant should be able to demonstrate the strengths and capabilities of the software tools to provide overall optimised solution for the customer.
The candidate must be able to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing at all levels in the organisation, from executive staff to technical resources. The right person for this role is a strong partnering resource that can work across organisations, cultures, languages, and resources to drive a solution forward. The role requires working with the Program/Project manager, the Management Consultant and the customer to document the overall solution and ensure it will meet the scope and customer expectations.
_This is a remote role with the requirement to travel within the UK for client meetings._
**Responsibilities**
• Lead the solution design and demonstrate the strengths and capabilities of the Dimensions Data Hub and Analytics solution. Provide an end-to-end support to ensure the solution achieves the client’s business and reporting goals.
• Lead the Reporting and Data Strategy sessions and put together a recommended solution for our Dimensions customers.
• Document customer’s business needs and convert those into Design Documents.
• Deploy and configure the Dimensions Analytics and Data Hub solutions
• Work as the Management Consultant to develop and deliver best practice dataviews, reports, visualisations, and dashboards.
• Analyse the customer’s data to spot trends and issues and present the results back to the customer.
• Support the use of a customer’s BI tool with Data Hub
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales and Service Representatives from different Geographies
• Innovate and deliver value add services on the Data Hub solution
• Collaborate with other key internal stakeholders, Solution Consultants, Project Managers
• Support the Sales organisation when required through demonstrations and customer interactions
• Contribute to the Global Analytics practice through meetings and events to drive improvements, efficiencies and innovation
• Provide a conduit of communication between the Global Analytics practice and TSS in EMEA
• Contribute to the TSS EMEA Region to ensure that Analytics practices and objectives are aligned to the regional strategy and further collaboration within TSS functions.
• Work strategically with UKG partners to support and advice on key projects and also tactically when required to support partner Analytics implementations.
• Develop and train as required nominated UKG partners on Analytics and Data Hub implementations, sharing best practice and deliverables expected by a customer.
**Qualifications**
• Domain expertise in Retail or Manufacturing preferred. Should have a good understanding of Dimensions solution for these verticals.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and a desire to work closely with clients as well as internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or AWS or something similar is desired, but not required
• Experience with any BI tool like Power BI or Tableau is desired
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly is required
• Should be interested in designing and delivering Analytics/Business Intelligence systems
• Knowledge of SQL is desired
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
