Lead Analytics Manager

Location: London Speechmark + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do


The Senior Analytics Manager is responsible for a team of analysts within the Consumer Analytics Chapter.   This role is about creating and influencing best in class insight across Vodafone Consumer to inform business strategy and decision making.

 

 

Deliver reporting, analytics and recommendations on strategy across all products Deliver reporting and analytics in Trading environment.Deliver best in class insight within allocated squad.Support Chapter Lead with driving insight across consumer. Responsible for team of analysts covering analyst development, coaching, and reviews. Support Chapter Lead with recruitment, Chapter alignment and engagement.Own analytical alignment across the squads within your team. Support Chapter Lead with analytics strategy in terms of future tools, best practice, datasets, roadmaps and insight publication.Work closely with other insight areas in order to produce an holistic consumer view.Collaborate with Enterprise colleagues to ensure alignment across Vodafone UK in terms of best in class insight, and analysis practice.


Who you are  

 

Track record of delivering customer insight from data Good knowledge of SQL required with knowledge of other languages Good knowledge of Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.Ability to find strategic insights from data and present in a clear simple way to senior management Leadership skills with experience of influencing stakeholders across a variety of levels.
